Ingredients: Pau d’Arco, Chamomile, Organic Vitex Berries, Spearmint, Organic Red Clover Blossoms, Strawberry Leaf, Organic Tulsi, Organic Licorice Root, Cramp Bark & Organic Nettle.

Steeping Ritual: 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 ounces | 212° F | 5-7 minutes
